Our client is looking for a Distributor, Wholesaler, with a potential manufacturing arm predominately with Commercial clients in Eastern States in high population zones with one or more of the following categories:
- Cleaning product and janitorial consumables
- Cleaning equipment sales & service business for major brands
- Commercial Safety gear and consumables
- Chemical Cleaning Products
- Garbage Bin Liners
- Distributor with a “mix” of above categories
Our client is one of the largest wholesalers of paper based products to commercial cleaning companies with a national footprint. They currently distribute product as an exclusive agent for major Chinese and Malaysian manufacturers with approximately 60-70 percent of sales from these overseas sources and 30-40 percent from local sources.
We are exclusively representing them, to make a strategic acquisition to diversify their product coverage and to increase market share.
We are looking for a target company or business that has a wholesale industrial channel distribution and/or manufacturing facility for consumable products that complements our clients ownership of the ‘washroom’ cleaning supplies distribution business.
The ideal company would be in a similar geographic location to our client’s existing business thus providing synergies that will facilitate growth.
- Must be an outright purchase giving full control to our client.
- Must offer upside potential in existing operation including cash flow positive business with solid financials.
- Significant synergies with current Australian distribution business:
- No duplicate warehouses per geographic region with ability over time to relocate to our Clients relevant state office & warehouse premises.
- Capacity for growth in existing warehouse location(s) in our Clients non-existing geographic reach.
- Outstanding growth potential.
