A Clear & Competitive Arrangement

When you choose ABBA Group as your buyer’s agent, you pay two types of fees: an engagement fee and a success fee. Following an initial consultation where we establish the task required of us, ABBA Group will be better positioned to provide you with a more accurate fee.

Engagement fee

The engagement fee establishes the seriousness of your request and authorises us to proceed. It is typically a nominal percentage of the prospective acquisition value – and is deducted from your success fee when your transaction is complete.

Success fee

The success fee is typically a flat fee as agreed. Our clients tell us that we are great value and competitively priced in the marketplace.
